(ConservativeSense.com) – Britain’s Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has apologized for “editing” a photo she released on Mother’s Day, as rumors swirl about her whereabouts and the health of her marriage to future King, Prince William. Several people noted strange anomalies in the photograph, which featured the senior Royal with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Several misalignments were noted, prompting the Princess to tweet that she had undertaken amateur editing, which subsequently provoked confusion. She said she was sorry and wished fellow moms a happy Mother’s Day.
The apology comes as speculation about her well-being increases in the UK because the popular Princess has not been seen in public for months. One of the most photographed women in the world, Kate – whose formal title is Catherine, Princess of Wales – disappeared from public view in December.
In late January, the Royal establishment issued a statement saying the Princess underwent abdominal surgery but wished to keep the details private. Kensington Palace officials said she would return to Royal duties by Easter.
Nevertheless, some media reports last year indicated that the marriage of the future King and Queen was in trouble, with some speculating that this was the real reason for her disappearance. Through 2023, newspapers and magazines in Britain and around the world noted cracks had appeared in the Royal marriage, with the UK’s Daily Express saying it is “not as perfect as it seems.”
Tom Quinn, a US-based author who has written books about the British Royals, said the couple have “terrific rows,” but in the spirit of the Royal family’s motto, “Never Complain, Never Explain,” they keep their troubles to themselves. Additionally, Mr. Quinn notes that the relationship is not as strained as that of Prince William’s younger brother, Prince Harry.
Harry, who lives in California with American wife Meghan Markle, reportedly wishes to return to his home country, but his wife is less keen.
