Top Democrat Makes EXCUSES After Mysterious Killing!

(ConservativeSense.com) – Following the murder of a tech executive on his way home in a normally safe neighborhood, a wave of criticism of San Francisco’s progressive policies swept the internet. Mayor London Breed responded to the criticism, defending her city in a recent interview.

During a Fox San Francisco interview, Breed called the reports about Cash App founder Bob Lee’s death “inaccurate.”

Breed said that usually “because of social media… cameras and how people are able to publicize things” quickly, “it is taken completely out of context in terms of highlighting the entire city as being unsafe,” which she said is “not entirely true.” She then listed various city events that had no violent incidents.

The interviewer then asked how the mayor would answer critics who say “the progressive policies are what got us here,” leading the city to turn to the state for support.

Breed responded that “it’s sad” because she thinks “San Francisco has been a target for so long and used as an example because we’re innovative, we’re creative, we come up with out-of-the-box ideas… to push forward change in our communities.” She said then that “with the previous president, it was a target,” referring the former President Donald Trump.

The San Francisco mayor did admit that some of the city’s policies “have been problematic,” and that “we will do what we can to roll those back.” She said in the meantime, the city must “keep moving forward” and that it will take some time to improve public safety.

One of the city’s critics is Elon Musk, who tweeted in response to Lee’s death that many people he knows “have been severely assaulted,” that “violent crime in SF is horrific and even if attackers are caught, they are often released immediately.” Musk also tagged the San Francisco district attorney and asked what was being done about this.
