Top Official Asked To RESIGN After Disgusting Message!

( – Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs’ press secretary is under fire by GOP lawmakers and conservative influencers for posting a tweet seemingly calling for violence against “transphobes” following the deadly school shooting in Tennesee where a trans-identified woman murdered six people.

The spokeswoman for Hobbs, Josselyn Berry, posted the tweet on Monday just a few hours after Audrey Hale, who identified as transgender, broke into a Nashville Christian elementary school and killed three children and three staff members before police showed up at the scene and took her out. In the tweet, Berry posted a GIF showing a woman with two handguns from the 1980 movie “Gloria” accompanied by a caption that read “Us when we see transphobes.”

The tweet, which has since been removed by Twitter for violating their rules, received widespread backlash from conservatives and Republican state lawmakers who called for Berry’s resignation for invoking violence and unprofessional behavior. The Arizona Freedom Caucus responded, tweeting that “less than 12 hours after the tragic shooting… by a deranged transgender activist [Berry] calls for shooting people Democrats disagree with,” and that she “should be fired immediately.”

In a follow-up tweet, the Republican caucus added that the “vile tweet encouraging violence” had still not been taken down even after widespread condemnation and millions of views, although Twitter has since removed it. Berry also quickly locked her account following the backlash.

The brutal massacre in Nashville on Monday left Americans in shock, particularly because three of the victims were 9-year-old children. The other three victims were staff members: a janitor, a substitute teacher, and the school’s headmistress.

Many Democrats took to social media to politicize the event, calling for more gun control legislation, and many Republicans used the shooting as an example of why they believe transgenderism is rooted in a dangerous ideology rife with unaddressed mental health issues.
