This Crisis Is WORSENING – Media Completely Silent!

( – The American migrant crisis continues to deepen on the northern and southern borders. Figures from the Canadian border reveal a massive increase in detained migrants. For the first seven months in the current fiscal year – which began last October – officials captured more illegal aliens at the northern border than in the past four years combined. More than 6,000 migrants have been detained since October 1st, 2022, in the Swanton sector alone.

The Swanton Sector covers around 300 miles of border with New Hampshire, Vermont, and parts of New York state.

Numbers also continue to grow in the south. Rio Grande Valley Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria Chavez tweeted that 1,600 people had crossed that border in a single day. Chavez frequently tweets updates on the perilous southern situation and says mass migration creates dangerous situations for the most vulnerable. Chavez said her team regularly rescues migrants from life-threatening conditions – often children.

In mid-April, she tweeted that her team had rescued 17 migrants from life-threatening situations over a 72-hour period.

Meanwhile, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas suggests the crisis can be solved by opening the border further. Mayorkas stated that job shortages number around 11 million, and immigrants could fill these. However, he did not address the impact this would have on working conditions and wages of Americans. “Build lawful pathways, cut out the smugglers who exploit these vulnerable individuals. Build lawful pathways, give individuals an opportunity to reach the United States safely in an orderly way,” he said.

It is a view shared by Presidential candidate Nikki Haley, who argues that the government could tackle the border crisis if more legal migration routes were opened. In April, the former South Carolina Governor said politicians should listen to business and allow migration that is in their interests. “When you start to listen to your businesses and do what they need, all of a sudden the economy goes up,” she said.
