(ConservativeSense.com) – Mark Zuckerberg appears to be quite serious about stepping up his fight game as the possibility of facing Elon Musk in a cage match becomes more and more likely. The Meta CEO and Facebook founder was recently photographed in California training with two well-known UFC champions.
After being challenged to a fight last month by Musk, Zuckerberg agreed to take on his rival. UFC President Dana White began to mediate between the two, and the cage match is rumored to be green-lit.
Zuckerberg was photographed in Lake Tahoe between two mixed martial arts fighters: Israel Adesanya, the UFC middleweight champion, and Alexander Volkanovski, the featherweight champion. Adesanya, who goes by the nickname “Stylebender,” wrote in a caption, “No fugazi with Mark” and “This is serious business!”
Adesanya was recently in the headlines after UFC 290. Following the victory of Dricus Du Plessis, White brought him into the Octagon to face off with Du Plessis as a potential future opponent. Adesanya, who is Nigerian, hurled the n-word at Du Plessis, a white South African, multiple times. The confrontation was noted for its racial tensions, which White was asked about in a following press conference and dismissed with “Who gives a f***?”
Zuckerberg isn’t the only one training with champions. At the end of June, Georges St-Pierre, who is in the UFC Hall of Fame, tweeted at Musk and offered to train him for the fight. Musk accepted the offer and was pictured the following week, on July 3, with St-Pierre after their first training session.
Musk is increasingly instigating Zuckerberg. He recently called him “Zuck the cuck” on Twitter and is now suing the Meta CEO for launching a rival app similar to Twitter called Threads. The app amassed 100 million users in the first five days, breaking the record once held by TikTok and ChatGPT for the fastest-growing consumer app.
