(ConservativeSense.com) – Florida’s Attorney General has revealed evidence that Immigration and Customs Enf4orcement (ICE) has lost track of 150,000 illegal immigrants after they entered the United States.mAshley Moody said ICE officials began releasing illegal migrants in March 2021 without issuing formal charging documents to them. These documents are used to locate migrants and require them to appear before a federal immigration judge. Failure to issue them means the immigrants cannot now be found.
In a statement on December 20th, Moody said, “They’ve let in and lost track of hundreds of thousands of inadmissible immigrants, and it will get worse if Title 42 expires.”
Immigration under the Biden administration has become increasingly chaotic. Title 42, which allows migrants to be deported without their asylum claims being heard, is currently being kept in place by a Supreme Court order, but Biden has asked that it be allowed to expire. On top of this, record numbers have been approaching the southern border with 2.76 million estimated this year alone. The figure in 2021 was 1.73 million.
Some southern cities and states have responded to the influx by shipping migrants to Democrat strongholds, particularly those with leaders who advocate in favor of mass immigration. New York’s Mayor Eric Adams has declared the city a place of sanctuary for immigrants, so Texas Governor Greg Abbott sent busloads of new arrivals to NYC. Adams then declared a state of emergency saying the city could no longer cope.
Similarly, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis chartered two planes in September to fly border crossers to Martha’s Vineyard. The Massachusetts island is a playground of the rich and famous and liberal elite. “When people are brought to their front door they go berserk. Their virtue signaling is a fraud,” DeSantis said at the time.
The migrants were quickly moved on from Martha’s Vineyard to temporary shelters at Joint Base Cape Cod.
