Donald Trump REVERSAL Announced – It’s About Time!

( – Former President Donald Trump’s channel was restored on YouTube on Friday, over two years after his indefinite suspension from the video-sharing platform following the Jan 6, 2021, Capitol protests and riot.

In a statement shared with Fox News Digital, YouTube’s vice president of public policy, Leslie Miller, said the former president’s channel “is no longer restricted and the ability to upload new content is restored.”

According to Miller, the company “carefully evaluated the continued risk of real-world violence” and balanced that concern “with the importance of preserving the opportunity for voters to hear equally from major national candidates” leading up to the 2024 election. They also stated Trump’s channel would “continue to be subject to our policies” like any other channel, but did not specify if the videos already removed from the channel over two years ago would be restored.

Just over a month ago, Meta announced the restoration of Trump’s accounts on Facebook and Instagram, which were also suspended following Jan 6, 2021.

And shortly after Trump announced his 2024 presidential campaign last November, Elon Musk restored his account on Twitter in response to a poll Musk posted which received more votes in favor of bringing the former president back. Trump has remained true to his word that he would not return to Twitter even if unsuspended and hasn’t tweeted since.

After the mass suspensions, Trump launched his own social media platform called Truth Social, where he’s been making most of his public statements, including continuously taking shots at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Last month, Trump accused DeSantis of wanting to cut Medicare and Social Security in an unusual rant on his platform, calling the Florida governor a “wheelchair over the cliff kind of guy.”

Now that Trump is back on YouTube, he will be able to purchase ads and promote his campaign on the platform, just as long as they don’t violate YouTube’s rather arbitrary policies.
