MCPH is urging consumers to check their purchases and either dispose of the product or return it to the store for a full refund. The recalled product was distributed nationwide, including Mesa County, through TJ Maxx and Marshalls stores.
This recall specifically targets the 5.6-ounce boxes of MONTREAL FUDGE Chocolate Fudge with Nuts. The affected lot numbers are: Lot 0241500805 with expiration date of 2025/MR/01, Lot 0241690105 with expiration date of 2025/MR/17, and Lot 0241690205 with expiration date of 2025/MR/17. Authentik Fudge of Sainte-Julie, Quebec, Canada, is stressing that no other products from their line are impacted by this recall.
